EMS Training, 20 focused minutes with your personal trainer
EMS uses an electro-muscle stimulation suit that deepens your muscles' contractions as you train, delivering an intense strength and toning stimulus from a 20-minute session that's hard to match in the same time conventionally. At Avyla Clinics in Nasr City you train one-on-one with a personal trainer, on a plan built from your body-composition analysis, and because we prefer honesty: EMS is an excellent time-efficient tool for strength and toning, not a magic replacement for all exercise.

EMS training is for you if
- Your schedule is packed and long gym hours just don't fit
- You're a beginner intimidated by crowded gyms and prefer private one-on-one training
- You've hit a plateau and need a different muscular stimulus to break through
- You've finished a diet program and want to tone and firm your body
- You have no medical contraindications, pacemaker users, pregnant women, and epilepsy patients are excluded, and medical clearance is required for special cases
Your EMS journey, step by step
- 01
Assessment & body analysis
We start with an assessment session, body-composition analysis and a health review, to confirm EMS suits you and set your measured baseline.
- 02
A guided 20-minute session
You suit up, your trainer calibrates the stimulation for each muscle group, then guides you through structured exercises, fully one-on-one from start to finish.
- 03
A progressive, measured program
Intensity and exercises progress session by session, with periodic body-composition re-analysis, so you track muscle and fat changes in real numbers.
Certified equipment, specialist trainers
Avyla uses certified EMS devices and suits that meet safety standards, with qualified EMS-trained coaches working under the center's medical supervision, and in direct integration with our nutrition clinic, because training and nutrition should be one plan, not two.

Frequently asked questions
Is it true that 20 minutes of EMS equals two hours at the gym?
That claim is more marketing than science, and we'd rather be straight with you. What's true is that EMS activates a large share of muscle fibers simultaneously, giving you a very intense strength stimulus in 20 minutes, excellent for toning, strengthening, and tight schedules. Conventional training still offers benefits EMS doesn't fully replace, like cardiovascular fitness and movement skills. The accurate framing: EMS is an outstanding investment of your time, not a substitute for everything.
How many sessions per week?
One to two sessions weekly is the recommended rate for most people, muscles need recovery time after such an intense stimulus. More is not faster; it can actually hinder recovery.
Is EMS training safe?
Yes, safe for most healthy adults when done on certified equipment under a qualified trainer who calibrates intensity to you, which is exactly our standard at Avyla. We always start with a health assessment, progress gradually, and never exceed safe protocols.
Who shouldn't use EMS?
It's not suitable for people with pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices, pregnant women, or epilepsy patients. For conditions like heart disease, kidney issues, or recent surgery, we require medical clearance first. Your health comes before any session.
When will I see results?
Most clients feel strength and firmness improve within 4–6 weeks of consistency (1–2 sessions weekly), while visible body-shape change usually takes 8–12 weeks alongside proper nutrition. Results vary from person to person, which is why we track you with body-composition analysis, not impressions.
